Through group workshops, themed events, and interdisciplinary collaborations, we combine various approaches such as family constellations, body-based practices, relaxation, and meditation.
Each gathering takes place in a caring, safe, and confidential environment, fostering listening, presence, and respect for each person’s individual pace.
A living laboratory for discovering yourself, breathing more deeply, releasing what holds you back, reconnecting with your body, creativity and joy

Following the strong interest and numerous requests, we are pleased to announce the new 2026 dates for group Family Constellations in Lausanne, at the Eveillessence center.
These sessions are open to anyone wishing to explore their family dynamics and personal blockages within a supportive, respectful, and safe environment.
