1. Scope of the agreement
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relationship between Giulia Righi (That’s life) and any individual seeking physical or digital services from the website. These terms apply to all service offerings on the site, and by using the site or requesting services, the client expressly agrees to the CGV.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Clients may book via OneDoc, Calendly or by direct contact.
Individual session:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges; late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be exempt from penalties.
Yoga classes:
Cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. The Service Provider reserves the possibility under special conditions to let the client use the payment for a following yoga class.
Events:
Cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. The Service Provider reserves the possibility under special conditions to let the client use the payment for a following event.
4. Fees and Payment
The applicable rates for each service are those in effect at the time of booking. For one to one sessions payment can be made via TWINT, cash, bank transfer and terminal payment. All fees are included in the price. For Yoga Classes and Events, Payments are required before the start of the chosen service.
5. Clients Obligations
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information and to inform the provider of any medical condition or contraindication that could affect the provision of the service.
The Customer also undertakes to honor any appointments made or to notify the Provider at least 24 hours in advance in the event of impediment, and to pay the sums due within the agreed deadlines.
6. Provider Obligations
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with current professional standards. However, no specific results can be guaranteed.
The Provider also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged with the Customer during the Services.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Although great care is taken, the participant is entirely and solely responsible for their own safety, health, and general well-being.
Please advise the provider of any known injuries, ailments, disabilities, medication you are taking, or anything else that may affect your ability to fully participate in the collective class or private session. These services do not replace medical care, and no diagnosis is made. The client is responsible of consulting her/his doctor before participating in the class/session. No results are guaranteed by the Service Provider. The Customer remains fully responsible for his/her decisions and actions and for taking preventive measures like avoiding any posture that could hurt or cause any pain or strain. The participant is entirely and solely responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
11. Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new conditions will apply as soon as they are posted on the Website.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and no prior statement or prior written document shall have any force or effect.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have jurisdiction, with recourse to the Swiss Federal Court.
