Each session is tailored to the participant with adapted practices that include meditation, movement, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation.

1st session: we define your goals, discuss your medical history and current situation.
2nd session: we look at the posture and the way you move and breathe. 
After this introduction we define together the number of sessions and monitor the progress.
