The more we learn to accept truth as it is the more we find bliss in every simple moment of life.

The circle represents the oriental vision and wisdom. 
We tend to see life as linear where we move forward through stages that follow one after the other. But what if life is a circle instead and there is no end and no beginning? Have you ever notice how certain things keep on repeating over and over again? 

We are the output of the input we collect, among which our
senses and our memories. 

What if through the body we could improve the way our mind
allows us to navigate the world?

Hi I am Giulia! 
I am a yoga teacher and massage therapist, specialized in helping people that are experiencing physical and emotional challenges.
Based in Lausanne, I work both in person and online.

I experienced the power of yoga and body therapies first-hand, learning how everything is connected and how our thoughts have an impact on our bodies, just as much as our bodies and the sensations we feel have a direct effect on our mental state.
I learned that only with full awareness can we make the right choices for ourselves and our nature.

This is why I decided to specialize in different body work techniques that allow client to improve the management of their conditions and move towards a better state on a physical, emotional and mental level.


My approach involves breath, movement, meditation and guided relaxation to accompany clients towards self-awareness and overall well-being. Practices are adapted to the specific needs of each individual.

In addition, I use several massage techniques, such as classical oil massage, Thai yoga massage and Thai reflexology, to calm the nervous system and induce a feeling of lightness and relaxation.

I also incorporate Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®) to help individuals liberate the blocked energy the body stores to face dangerous situations.
